The PIVOT program is a behavioral health treatment program focused on criminal justice involved individuals specifically looking at re-entry/reintegration, early intervention, and treatment planning (co-occurring disorders) with a direct focus on the individual's criminogenic needs and developing a treatment plan geared towards addressing those needs and reducing risk of re-offending.

The Cañon city location is based on the service delivery model, FACT (Forensic Assertive Community Treatment) which is intended for individuals with serious mental illness who are involved with the criminal justice system. This model will focus on the needs of the individual to support reintegration and connecting them with services as soon as possible to bridge the behavioral health and criminal justice systems.
